Who we are

This store is operated by AquaBreeze, a trading name of WAFF AB, a company registered in Sweden with company registration number 559587-0634, at Jamtlandsgatan 140, 162 60 Vallingby, Sweden. We sell to you in trade.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AquaBreeze. You can contact us at hello@aquabreezegarden.com. We reply within one business day.

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Our goods come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot be excluded.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Cut the hose to fit your garden, assemble your kit and put it to the test. If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund of the purchase price you paid. We pay the return shipping, even if you have cut, assembled and used the kit. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. Standard tracked delivery is included, and there is no extra delivery charge, duty or GST at checkout or on delivery.

The price you pay is the price confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices may change for future orders but do not change an accepted order.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and your payment has been processed. If we identify a pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you so you can decide whether to proceed. After acceptance, we will cancel an order only with your agreement or where permitted by law, and any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Delivery

We deliver across New Zealand. Estimated delivery is 10 to 17 business days, including processing and transit. Rural and outer island addresses may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Our products

AquaBreeze kits arrive unassembled and are installed by you. They connect to a standard garden tap and need no electricity or pump. A watering timer is not included.

Please check your tap fit, water pressure, your water supplier's backflow requirements and your local council's water restrictions before use. These checks do not remove your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, videos and the AquaBreeze name and logo, belongs to WAFF AB or its licensors. You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or photo for publication, you give us permission to publish it for that purpose. A private customer service message does not by itself give us permission to publish it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to govern that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. This does not take away any protection you have under New Zealand consumer law, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim in New Zealand, including in the Disputes Tribunal.
